Work Details
You must provide full details whatever we ask for such as full scope of work, colour, logo, images, text, content etc . You MUST approve it before we start.
Approval of work can be made online or on signed paper.
If after approval of work any change is requested from your side, it MAY cost you extra depending upon the type of work. You acknowledge that for any change or update to take place, you will allow us minimum of 24 working hours.
Payment Terms
If we accept your project we will request 30%-50% of the initial payment upon acceptance of your project depending on the type and scope of project, which will be completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
Depending upon the type of project, the remaining amount can be paid in instalments or be paid in full at once after the work is finish and upon full client’s satisfaction.
Termination of Service
We would love to serve you and continue working with you. However, if you decide not to continue with our services and want to terminate the project, we will end the project for you even if it is not fully completed and you will not refunded.
Refund Policy
Once you make the initial payment which we agree upon, we immediately start the work which involves pre-planning stage, allocating resources etc. and hence unfortunately will not be able to refund any payments made.
Therefore, we advise you to carefully decide and discuss in details before you make the payment.
Delivery of project and our obligations
At the completion of the project, we will pass on all the work along with username, passwords, and complete ownership of the project to you and our responsibility will end. We will not retain or save any of the work we have done for you.
Hence, we advise to keep all the work files, username, and password safe and secure.
Confidentiality
We love to show our expertise and our clients are comfortable sharing the work we do for them. However, if you do not want us to share your project with anyone, you can let us know in writing by giving us a written notice and we will maintain full confidentiality.
